Essential Responsibilities
Windows 10/11 support
Software installation, configuration and support
Hardware break/fix experience
Excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with incident ticketing systems
on-site support role (40 hours per week)


Minimum Education:

High School Diploma is required


Experience:
Minimum 3 years Related Work Experience
