This role is built to empower you to bring designs to life, focusing on usability, aesthetics, and functionality. Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centered Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, translating findings into actionable design decisions. Your insights will be vital to our continuous improvement.
  • End-to-End Product Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance functionality with a delightful user experience. You'll be creating responsive, accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices.
  • Building and Maintaining a Design System: Collaborate in creating a cohesive design system that ensures visual consistency and ease of scalability across the platform.
  • Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, elegant design solutions. Requirements:
    • Experience: 3-5+ years in product design, ideally in SaaS or fintech. You've demonstrated a deep understanding of usability and responsive design across complex platforms.
    • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a focus on UI/UX, problem-solving, and data-driven design.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
    • User Research Acumen: You have experience conducting and utilizing user research to inform design decisions, ensuring each design aligns with user needs.
    • Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, valuing each team member's input to enhance the overall product experience.
