We're looking for a Staff Web Engineer to be the Tech Lead across Curation Web initiatives.What you'll do:

• Lead the team in developing Pinner-facing frontend features on Desktop Web and Mobile Web to power the future of inspiration on Pinterest.
• Drive Web technical solutions and strategic objectives across multiple teams.
• Build effective alignment with design, product,backend and platform teams.
• Uplevel the team through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing.What we're looking for:
  • Deep understanding of Web development and best practices in React/Redux.
  • 7+ years of industry Web application development experience, 1+ years experience as a tech lead.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong mentorship and coaching abilities.In-Office Requirement Statement:
