Job Description:

Speech Language Pathologists in the school setting.It's a rewarding
position - you'll be an important member of a child's care team and
will see the results firsthand as you help improve that child's
life.*What you'll do:** Work with a diverse range of students,
tailoring services to meet their unique needs and developmental
stages.* Assist and evaluate students in speech, articulation,
fluency, and language development, employing a holistic approach to
enhance their communication skills.* Collaborate closely with
classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement targeted
interventions, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to
student progress.* Conduct assessments and provide comprehensive
reports highlighting areas of strength and improvement, focusing on
aspects of voice, speech, and fluency for informed
decision-making.* Develop unique treatment plans with a child and
family-first mentality, considering the individual needs and
circumstances of each student and their family.* Actively
participate in and/or conduct Individualized Education Program
(IEP) meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations to
support students' communication goals and objectives.* Adhere to
confidentiality guidelines in accordance with HIPAA and/or
State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of
information related to children and their families.*What You
Bring:** Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology,
Communication Disorders, or Related Field* Valid CA Speech Language
Pathology Therapy (SLP) license* Previous experience in a clinical
or educational setting preferred* Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students,
families, and other professionals* Strong leadership skills*Who You
