A company is looking for an Excellence Management Ops Lead to
manage quality auditing workflows and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with global EM leaders on auditing practices
Maintain and update reporting rosters and audit schedules
Identify training and operational process opportunities and
collaborate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience with Quality Auditing
General knowledge of Patient Facing Shared Services processes
Experience in Excel, Power BI, or other related analytical
tools
