Job Description:
A company is looking for a Graduate Professor in Systems
Optimization for the Operations Research Department.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and teach the OS3211 Systems Optimization course
remotely
Consult with the Operations Research Department to develop the
syllabus and course materials
Hold regular office hours and provide support to students
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, or a
related field with a focus on Optimization Modeling
Minimum of 2 years of DoD experience in an applied Mathematics
position involving Linear Programming
At least 2 years of experience teaching technical courses in a
graduate environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Optimization Modeling
using Excel Solver at the graduate level
Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing Linear Programming
Models through relevant work or publications
