As a Business Office Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting the team's efficiency.
What you'll be working on:

  • Record keeping: Filing, sorting, scanning and organizing documents, maintaining databases.
  • Data entry: Collecting information and performing data entry.
  • Mail: Sorting, distributing, and preparing mail.
  • Administrative: Performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

    What you need to bring to the table:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-direction and ability to work without supervision.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Understanding of mathematics and numerical skills.

    Salary: $20.00-$25.00/hour
    *Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
