Job Description:
Seeking a Claims Investigator with four + years of experience
who has the ability to convey information clearly, concisely,
accurately, and effectively through written and verbal
communications. ? Must possess contract law knowledge, strong
business writing skills and conflict and negotiation skills.
Will Investigate, negotiate, and settle third party property damage
claims and investigate and report on incidents that may lead to
litigation. Will also evaluate liability and damages, negotiate and
settle claims and conduct various interviews with employees and
third parties to investigate claims and incidents. We are an equal
