Marketing/Motion Graphic Designer

The Sage Group's client, an award-winning digital marketing and communications firm, is seeking a mid-senior level designer to work closely with the Creative team to drive the development of visual assets and design elements for a variety of external projects, including strategies, events, social media, digital content, email, visual identity development and more. This includes the compilation, design and layout of company decks, presentations, client strategies, branded collateral, digital mockups, and other creative assets.

Essential functions include:

• Conceptualize and develop design solutions that adhere to client brand standards and meet business goals across a range of visual mediums, including but not limited to websites, social campaigns, email designs, presentations, landing pages and eBooks
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, web, and email.
• Collect and implement feedback within designated review cycles. Know how to effectively navigate client feedback which may be uninformed
• Expert knowledge Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Motion graphics using After Effects or Premiere
• Experience working with and creating design systems
• Ability to manage time independently. Must be able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and proactively flag conflicts with accounts and creative teams
• Ability to work and be available for team collaboration and conversation during weekday working hours (ET or PT)
  Location: 100% remote within the United States
  Compensation: $ 65 hourly, w-2
  Duration: 3-month contract, 30 hours per week
